PLASTIC LIFE
DISCOVER THE NEURODIVERGENT WORLD
Plastic Life is a non-profit documentary project that tells the story of neurodivergence, with a particular focus on autism spectrum disorders and ADHD in adults. To see the light, it needs to be funded through donations, so it was essential to build a uniform image that immediately leads back to the product.
First of all, the logo: the union of the gold infinity symbol (the one used by autistic self-advocates) with eyes (an element that leads back to the difficulty in holding the gaze, often found in autistic people) of different colors – one to represent neurodivergence, the other neurotypicality.
Text and colors are simple, fresh, with clean lines to be easily understandable. Shades of green, white and blue to express tranquility, gold as a precious element, which will then be reinterpreted in the “Teal & Orange” visual style of the documentary itself. I created the multilingual website to present the project and its participants, and the graphic elements are also used in the business plan, development plan, social media and all documents.
In addition to these contents, I also created trailers – teaser videos, to present the project.
What I did:
- Logo creation
- Creation of the visual identity of the brand
- Definition of the communication style and drafting of the texts
- Development of the multilingual website
